Amelia has worked in private practice since graduating in 2002 and brings over two decades of clinical experience across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, chronic pain, and pelvic health. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and a Master of Health Practice (with Distinction), and has developed into one of our senior clinicians with a strong focus on pelvic health rehabilitation for both women and men.
Amelia has extensive experience in managing a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre- and post-natal concerns. Her approach is discreet, evidence-based, and highly individualised, with a strong focus on restoring confidence, control, and quality of life.
Alongside her clinical work, Amelia plays a key role in mentoring and developing physiotherapists within the Physio Mechanics team, helping to ensure a consistently high standard of care across all clinics. She is known for her thorough, and practical approach, combining hands-on treatment with clear education and long-term management strategies tailored to each individual.
