Pelvic Health (Women and Men)

Pelvic Health Physio treats pelvic floor dysfunctions such as incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain for both men and women.

Expert Care for Pelvic Health

We specialize in assessing and treating a variety of pelvic floor conditions, offering tailored treatment plans to restore function and reduce discomfort. Whether it’s managing incontinence, addressing prolapse, or providing support for pelvic pain, our expert physiotherapists focus on improving quality of life. For women, we also offer specialized care during and after pregnancy, helping with recovery and pelvic health maintenance. Our comprehensive approach ensures effective management of pelvic floor concerns for both men and women.

What to Expect

Your appointment will begin with a thorough assessment of your presenting issues and medical history. During this time, your pelvic floor muscles will be assessed, and if necessary and consented to, an internal examination may be included. All sessions are completely confidential, and our professional Pelvic Health Physiotherapists will ensure you feel comfortable and at ease.

Treatment is tailored specifically to your condition, and by the end of your session, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan, including exercises, education, and advice on how to manage your symptoms and return to a more controlled and active lifestyle.

Even if you have your period during your appointment, it’s fine to come in, as internal examinations are not always required in every session.
