Pelvic health concerns are more common than many people realise – but that doesn’t make them any easier to live with. Whether you’re experiencing bladder or bowel issues, pelvic pain, prolapse, or changes following pregnancy, surgery, or ageing, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help.
We provide discreet, personalised care for both women and men, with a focus on restoring function, improving confidence, and helping you return to the activities that matter to you. We also offer specialised support during and after pregnancy, guiding recovery and long-term pelvic health.
As ACC-registered providers, we can assess, lodge, and manage claims for eligible maternal birth injuries, helping reduce barriers to accessing the care you need.
Your first session involves a thorough and respectful discussion of your symptoms, history, and goals. With your consent, this may include a physical assessment of your pelvic floor muscles, which can involve an internal examination – but this is not always required. Our priority is that you feel comfortable, informed, and in control at all times.
You’ll leave with a clear, personalised treatment plan, which may include exercises, education, and practical strategies to help you regain control and confidence in your day-to-day life. (And yes—if you have your period, you’re still welcome to attend).
We treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including:
Bladders concerns (stress and urge incontinence)
Bowel dysfunction and anorectal issues
Pelvic organ prolapse
Pelvic pain and pain with intimacy
Pre and post natal concerns, including abdominal separation
Post-surgical recovery (e.g. prostate surgery, hysterectomy)
ACC-covered maternal birth injuries (including tears, prolapse, and nerve damage)
Your treatment is tailored to you and may include:
Where eligible, we can also assist with ACC-funded rehabilitation support, including some treatment services, tools, and consumables.
We understand these issues can feel personal and, at times, overwhelming. Our pelvic health physiotherapists – Amelia, Rochelle, and Ayesha – provide compassionate, non-judgmental care in a safe and confidential environment.
Our goal is simple: to help you feel more in control, more confident, and supported every step of the way.
