Nikita joined Physio Mechanics in 2018 and has grown into the role of Pukekohe Clinic Manager, leading both the clinical and operational delivery of care within the clinic.
She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, with a strong focus on restoring full function, reducing pain, and supporting a confident return to work, sport, and everyday life.
Alongside her clinical practice, Nikita has completed postgraduate management training and continues to develop her leadership within the business. She is also trained in dry needling, which she incorporates into her treatment where appropriate to support pain relief and rehabilitation.
Nikita has a strong connection to the football community, maintaining a close understanding of the demands of both training and competition environments.
Her approach is practical, structured, and goal-oriented, with a strong emphasis on long-term results rather than short-term fixes.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, playing piano, yoga, swimming, and spending time at the beach.
